poor location away from the beach plus the beach is almost public with zero privacy, pool always full bad towel quality , food is low in quality and varirty .

This hotel is a gem in Marmaris. The Hotel rooms are like 5 Star hotel and service from front desk to bell boy to cleaning lady and from restaurant everyone was fantastic smiling, kind and polite we had all inclusive booking which had breakfast lunch and dinner and honestly they had a huge buffet and food was goodcompare to other hotels this hotel is honestly very clean and worth staying soon as you come out of hotel you will be in the downtown area with beach near youbeautiful view from balcony we are from dubai and we loved it

Visiting Marmaris

The furniture is not clean, when I asked for an Iron, they said, you have to pay 10 euros for every day, it is definitely not a Five Star hotel

Friendly staff, great food and all-inclusive, good facilities (pool, turkish bad, sauna,..), private beach, clean room and bathroom,..

Our room was on the street side so we had lots of music from bars until 1-2 am The mattress on the bed was too firm/hard for us. The bedroom doors make too much (loud) noise when closed. Very annoying in the late evening and early morning. The walls from the rooms do not isolate enough all the noises from neighbouring rooms and hallway.

The only highlight is extremely beautiful view ! The seaview room is definitely the best choice! Overseeing the sea and mountains! Beautiful. Ok food. The rest unfortunately has a lot to question.

The majority of the staff wasn't very friendly and high end service. I didn't like a very pushy massage man in the spa area. I was very looking forward to having a massage everyday but ended up doing it somewhere else because from the beginning the guy was so pushy and his selling technique was shaming other massage places and saying his place is the only best one. So inappropriate. The light in the shower in the spa was broken so you had to hit the wall to turn it on. No cold plunge after the sauna. The hotel didn't feel luxurious because of several reasons like for example: no food and drink service by the beach or pool-never seen anything like this! Every other hotel has this service and you claim it is because of the hygienic reasons you don't provide it- let's be honest it is just saving hassle for you and money so you don't need extra staff. The snack bar looks like some very cheap canteen for the homeless. The food there looked the same.. To get beach/pool towels you have to go spa and change it with towel card- very inconvenient and certainly not luxury. Man taking care of the beach is selling fruits- it should be all inclusive !!? How come he is allowed to sell it if you don't allow food on the beach because of the hygienic reasons ? It all doesn't add up. In general we loved the view and clean room and lovely cleaning ladies. The area of Icmeler and Marmaris is definitely not our cap of tea. Very cheap, tacky and not classy, spoiled by tourists.

The property is located in a very small town with narrow street and no parking.Staff isnt fluent in English

All food and drinks were inclusive so you didn't have to leave the hotel to eat. They have a gym and spa downstairs and also a hairdresser. We enjoyed a very relaxing Turkish bath with a massage. The sea view with mountains from our room was absolutely breathtaking! We also loved that it was right in front of the beach and they let you take beach towels from the hotel. The staff were very helpful in catering our every need. Such lovely people working at the hotel. At the beach you have sources for SO MUCH ACTIVITIES! Many water sports and boat trips to choose from. A wonderful spot in Içmeler. Also so many pubs clubs restaurants around you to choose from that come alive at night! The locals are wonderful people. Also the pool at the hotel was very big and isn't usually occupied due to guests preferring the beach.

The first night they gave us a room facing another building when I clearly booked a sea view room. They rectified this issue the following day. The hotel doesn't have quilts in the rooms. They have extremely thin blankets that are thinner than paper and had to request thicker blankets to which they struggled to source, but eventually provided.

Food good just not alot of choice. Solomon and the pool bar man at evening very good. Rest not so good. Location very good.

Although a smaller hotel, the swimming pool is relaxing and despite not appearing huge, there was never an issue getting a sun bed. The room was a good size, as was the en suite. Being adults only is a big win and as a result daytime felt very peaceful by the pool. Staff, especially the bar man in the evening, were friendly and tried to be helpful.

The food, unfortunately, was a big disappointment for us. Having read lots of great reviews, I did not see this coming. The selection is limited and very repetitive. The meat is low quality and is covered up in sauces to mask the taste. Despite being a huge meat eater, I did not eat meat the last few days. I was shocked that the chef did not understand "gluten intolerance". I was turned away from the a la carte restaurant as the chef was unable to make a steak gluten free - as you can imagine, this confused me. Food labels and ingredients were missing from the buffet, therefore each meal was frustrating and I ended up feeling embarrassed for constantly asking. This hotel has potential, however the biggest thing letting it down is the food.

Honestly do know where to begin but I will try. The view of the sea was amazing , the staff made me feel welcome and at home and food was excellent every single day. This was a very clean building not one area was dirty or left unchecked just truly immaculate.

The only criticism I would have would be for the gym as it was quite small and there was not really a lot of equipment available to use which meant I opted not to use the facility.

Everything was ok

Best hotel in Icmeler both in terms of facilities and service. A special thank you to Ramadan at the Reception together with Arda and Damla at the pool bar. A big thank you to everyone in F&B as well. Their service is very attentive and the food was absolutely delicious everyday for lunch and dinner.

All inclusive service - the food and overall service was fantastic.We had to change our room because we were across the street from a bar which played extremely loud music until 1 am. The hotel staff were so helpful and accommodating and made sure our rooms were changed.

The air conditioning in the coffee shop didn’t work most of the time. In the heat of July, it was often unbearable to sit there.
